Right now you are probably hungry, bored, or just feel like eating. Before going into the kitchen or thinking about stuff you can eat, please read all of this.
You have started looking at thinspo for years, that is years you have wished to be skinny. You can’t take back those years, but you can make the next years much better. You have had endless nights of crying and just wishing you were 40 pounds lighter. You go to sleep almost every night after looking at thousands of perfect bodies scattered around Tumblr.
Now I want you to go to your mirror. Look at yourself. Take off your shirt and examine your stomach. Look at all the spots you want to change. Now say out loud food is not worth it. Take off your pants and look at your legs. Squeeze all the fat on your leg and shake all the fat on your calves. Do you like it? No. Now say out loud food does not control me. Look at your arms, ugh, your fat arms, and ask yourself is the flavor of that food I’m craving really better than thin arms. Shake all the fat around then say I don’t need food. Pinch all the fat you have on your body. Look at all that disgusting fat. You don’t even deserve food. Make a small list about 5 things better than food. Better yet, go on shopping website and pick out clothes you will wear when you are skinny.
Now you might still be hungry. Get a drink of water, put two ice cubes in it and drink the whole thing, yum.
Still hungry? Fill up another cup. Do some sit ups, push ups, and squats. Now take a shower, put on a face mask, do your nails, watch a YouTube video. Do anything other than eat.
Now that you got yourself away from food, go on tumblr, look at the beautiful bodies you will have in no time. Just imagine all the photos you will take. All the clothes you will wear. All the confidence you will have.
Drink a cup of water
Stay in your room now, you don’t need food. Bring some water or tea. Wrap yourself up in cozy blankets and watch some shows.
Now go to bed
Remember, you will be thinner in the morning

Why I NEED skinny..
To see my hips

So I can start to improve on other things in life without the fat holding me back

So my boyfriend can pick me up and we can play around and have fun without me hurting him because I’m so fucking fat

- sleep more so there’s less time to think about eating
- remind yourself every morning of your rules and goals
- make a to-do list so you’re never bored
- keep a notebook with your reasons and look at it when you want to eat
- if you can walk to the kitchen you can walk to get water instead

Post binge solution.
1- make green tea and sip on it. Dont purge or your metabolism will just become slower and you will gain weight.
2- count all the calories you ate. ALL. Note it down, you will have to burn it all.
3- two hours post-binging go and exercise. Yoir best options would be HIIT with resistance. Exercise till you burn those calories. If the intake was more than 600 calories then you should finish burning 600 calories and then wait till the nest day to burn the rest.
4- take a picture of your fat self. It will be a reminder to not binge the next time. For more restriction next time, make a video and confess how you felt after the binge. You can watch it next time you feel hungry.
5- remember that just because you ate so much doesn’t mean you can eat more and more and start ‘again’ the next day. The weight WILL be seen the next day if you continue binging. Its like dropping your phone and being like ‘oops, i dropped it on the floor, might as well break it’.
6- sleep. Wake up the next day and start fasting again. Because u deserve to be skinny. You deserve to reach your goal weight. Dont let a one time binge affect you.

- don’t EVER tell anyone that you’re hungry. even if you are hungry, don’t ever admit it. and don’t ask for food. this way you’ll only eat when you’re offered.
- set your own rules, for example don’t eat before 7am or after 7pm or tell yourself that you can’t eat between 11am-4pm or write down a list of foods that you must, at all cost, avoid and that you can only eat if you’re being forced to. don’t choose your absolute favorite foods though since your cravings for them might lead you straight into a binge.
- drink at least 3 litres of water//day.
- have a storage of thinspo. save pictures to your camera roll in one file so you can easily access them, or start a blog for thinspo on some social media.
- avoid food that’s sugary, fatty, saturated, fast food or other food that is healthy. try to eat, when you eat, food that is natural and home made.
- take vitamins and food supplements so that you’ll remain strong.
- listen to your body!! you don’t push it to things it can’t take. you don’t want to pass out in school or in front of your family so they’ll figure things out and force you to recover or end up in hospital.
